Mirrored from: forum.nationstates.net/viewtopic.php?p=34971793#p34971793Statement on the WA Delegate and the Pacific CrisisThe Region of Minoa has decided to remain neutral in the ongoing crisis involving the New Pacific Order, due to limited resources of the founder, and the large number of regions who are already involved in the crisis. However, we remain generally supportive of efforts to limit foreign interference against democratic societies, and to protect the integrity of democratic societies. If the New Pacific Order can acknowledge and address its current problems and transition itself into a solid democratic system of government, that would be acceptable to us. The position of the WA Delegate for the Region of Minoa is currently free-for-all, due to the limited focus on the role up to now. The only condition for the role is that their activities must not bring the reputation of the region into disrepute: otherwise, the founder will not interfere with the resident’s choice of the WA Delegate. It is with hope that in the long term, the Region of Minoa will have a WA Delegate with significant influence on the World Assembly. However, do not expect the State of Minoa herself to be in the World Assembly, due to real-life commitments. Finally, we are still looking for new editors to expand our coverage of the Pacific Crisis on NSindex, due to the notability of the event. We could also use this opportunity to catch up on other notable past gameplay events. -- Minoa, 28 November 2018
